Multi-element hygienic liquid filter – large flow hygienic filter

Multi-core sanitary liquid filter series can meet the flow requirements of different sizes. The filter design fully meets the requirements of sanitary grade and GMP. It is a high-end liquid filter applied in the field of life science. The structure has no sanitary dead angle and is easy to clean; the liquid discharge is complete and there is no concern about residual liquid; the polishing precision can reach up to 0.3 μm. For the filter with less than 12 cores, electrolytic polishing can be carried out at the same time of mechanical polishing to completely solve the problem of polishing dead angle. For some very harsh cleaning applications, the filter tray can be made into a detachable type to achieve full angle cleaning.

Single core liquid filter

Single core liquid filter is used for filtering small flow materials. It is made of stainless steel and its internal and external surfaces are chemically polished to reach sanitary level. The filter is equipped with exhaust valve and liquid discharge valve, and pagoda type hose socket is adopted.
